Thank you ! are there other changes related with the audio problems , or just this colorspace option added ?

Is it now possible to select 4:2:0 to have older 4K TVs to display 60Hz ?

RE: 20150430 (1.0.25) - Beta Open Hour Chameleon Android Firmware
I just tested, and this firmware still has the SDIF issue that was introduced on .23 and .24

DTS-MA files are not sending DTS Core via SPDIF. This was working fine up to version .13

Will need to roll-back :-(

It's really just a quick beta for the colourspace setting according to the notes. No need to reiterate previously reported issues on this beta.

I do agree, but since I do not see SPDIF captured on the list of known issues, just making sure they really know about it.

There are myriads of issues that are not on the Known Issues. Eventually like the NMT we will start a sticky of Issues ourselves as owners and push for those as well as the ones that are on the OHC list. The majority of fixed issues you see in release notes are for items not on their list, lets get the biggies that they know about and more new firmwares until we get to only a few issues first then we'll start our list.

Lets keep these threads clean for reporting on the release so that they can confirm and move on to other issues.

Question:
How about 1080P24 have micro-stuttering issue?
Just ask about the status.

obviously the status has not changed with this release.
However there is no need to run in 1080P24 as it all runs fine in 1080p50/60 that is part of you displays capability.
Problem is only there with movies running 23.976 frames/s created for equipment based on NTSC frame rates. movies created in 24 frames/s run perfectly.
In MKV files the frames/s can be wrongfully claimed to be 24 frames/s when if fact the are 23.976 frames/s.... these of course will never be fixed by a FW upgrade.

It would have been nice if the over the air option also had been updated to 1_0_25 i_s_o still pointing to 1_0_24. Now I have to go through the USB based update steps again after having done the OTA update. BTW this whole dots means URL thing that the forum software has is starting to really cheese me off. Either lower the post count needed before someone can post "URL's" or get a better URL detector.

It clearly says its a beta so its not therefore for online update.

We are not going to change the forum spam filters thanks for the suggestion.

Can you keep beta firmware reporting threads on topic please they are not for general venting. Posts in this thread should only be on the colourspace setting in this specific colourspace release..

Quote:what setting did you use?

I tried all of them except 4,2,0 (weird colors), also greens are a bit crushed but i get that in all firmwares, may be hardware related.
Another question, is there a way to pass blacker than black and wtw?, i tried all the settings also i put the tv in pc mode but non of them worked.

Thanks.
