Replacing the power supply
Hi guys,

Does anyone know what size the power adapter (chameleon end) is, and is it center polarity etc.

I need to get a replacement and I was going to see if i could find a replacement that did not require the 2>3 pin converter attached as its not the best fit and has a habit of coming away just enough to lose power

thanks,

Dazzzzz

RE: Replacing the power supply
It's all written on the bottom of the power supply.
If you get a replacement get a stabilized power supply like the ones they use for laptops.

Some focus on problems and faults others on solutions and success... no question who is the happy one.

Chameleon 16GB SD 32GB micro SD <-->HDMIv1.3<-->Onkyo TX-NR1010<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Panasonic TX-P46S10 + 6 Bowers & Wilkins speakers.
10 NTFS 2TB USB drives on 3 hubs attached to a A400, 2 Seagate blackarmour NAS 3TB, 2 Seagate Central NAS 4TB.

RE: Replacing the power supply
Daz where are you? If UK based I go with these types which are great:
http://cpc.farnell.com/webapp/wcs/stores...reId=10180

OHC > HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using standard Kodi(MC) 15.2 no hware/acc OK
Downmix stereo 1.0.40/RK Kodi(RKlib) 15.2 infrequent audio gaps hware/acc OK

No DTS downmix available for inbuilt eMC player

Gecko> HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using Gecko Kodi 15.0 OK

RE: Replacing the power supply
cpc farnell is great as its cheap and has free delivery.

Look at the plug and get the right UK adapter for the EU plug it comes with. Some are the standard larger EU plug that's a bit more reminisant of the USA plugs but think Vten and OHC have the plugs as linked to in post above.

I get a few each time as you need then for switches, routers, and other hardware along with the nmts

OHC > HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using standard Kodi(MC) 15.2 no hware/acc OK
Downmix stereo 1.0.40/RK Kodi(RKlib) 15.2 infrequent audio gaps hware/acc OK

No DTS downmix available for inbuilt eMC player

Gecko> HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using Gecko Kodi 15.0 OK
Downmix using inbuilt MediaCentre OK
