DTS downmix in native player??
So I have 1080p content (h.264) with DTS and I'm trying to playback on a TV that can't decode DTS in the native player (file explorer). Anyone tried this? Netflix and those apps work fine, so I think I just need the downconversion and can't find the option anywhere. LPCM doesn't work.

RE: DTS downmix in native player??
I connect direct to my TV an oldish Panasonic plasma. With the native player in the OHC is does very little downmix however with the gecko i've yet to have a problem with any audio. I've tried full bd and encodes but i'll try and test again to confirm.

I have not selected lpcm its on auto iirc.

OHC > HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using standard Kodi(MC) 15.2 no hware/acc OK
Downmix stereo 1.0.40/RK Kodi(RKlib) 15.2 infrequent audio gaps hware/acc OK

No DTS downmix available for inbuilt eMC player

Gecko> HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using Gecko Kodi 15.0 OK
Downmix using inbuilt MediaCentre OK
