Is there a way to use the wireless dongle as a wireless adapter for my PC? I pluged it in, bluetooth working fine but wireless not working.
If there is a way please help. Thank you.

Search for the chip in the dongle. Last time i looked they weren't available for Windows. May have changed the chop is mtk iirc but search on the forum and you'll find it.

Then onto interweb for windows or whatever os your pc runs drivers for it.

OHC > HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using standard Kodi(MC) 15.2 no hware/acc OK
Downmix stereo 1.0.40/RK Kodi(RKlib) 15.2 infrequent audio gaps hware/acc OK

No DTS downmix available for inbuilt eMC player

Gecko> HDMI > TV (Panasonic 42G20)
Downmix stereo using Gecko Kodi 15.0 OK
Downmix using inbuilt MediaCentre OK

RE: Using Wifi + Bluetooth Dongle as Wireless Adapter for Windows
I had the same experience when I plugged in the adapter when I first bought it months ago. Bluetooth was recognized and worked but no drivers for the wireless chip. I may try again sometime this weekend if I have a few minutes.

Supposedly the Netgear WNDA3100v3 USB adapter is based on the same chip. You might have some success using their drivers: http://support.netgear.com/product/WNDA3100v3

Update: The Netgear drivers were a bust. I couldn't even seem to find a .inf definition file to monkey with the VID/PID to try and force it to recognize the hardware. The driver is packaged up behind several executables and perhaps I just couldn't dig deep enough through their installers to get at it.

For what it is worth, it shows up in the device manager under Other devices as BT + WIFI with a device instance path of: USB\VID_0E8D&PID_7632&MI_02\6&34512F14&0&0002.

It has the following chipset MT7632U.

Googling and going to the manufacturers site gives:
https://wikidevi.com/wiki/MediaTek
And the one device you've already found:
https://wikidevi.com/wiki/Netgear_WNDA3100v3

From NMT days OH/CM have not put things like Vendor ID etc. in there dongles to not make them work. I would look for the most suitable from these and give one of them a try:
http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads1/downloads/
Number 2, 3 or 4 in the list as it came out 11/14
However even the Linux techys are having issues:
