Maybe a sticky for rules?
I don't yet have an OpenHour product, but I keep checking in to see how the line is going, and whether it looks like it may be worth getting something new. However, the forum is too much taken up with certain people posting fairly irrelevant stuff.

Many forums have a sticky thread called something like "Read Before Posting", which may head each section. This will contain a precise summary of the rules of the forum, what is allowed, what is not and where things should go. Perhaps such a thread would be useful here, just to lay down some rules and structure?

I'm probably not the only one that has missed it. It may be better put on the Index page? Or under each separate section. I rarely see that page under general discussion, whereas I always start at the Index (home page).
